Run a script to find all experts with an empty 'organization' field and backfill it using their supervisor's email domain.
Run this script **ONCE** to:
1. Find all unique org names from existing experts.
2. Create new documents for them in the `organizations` collection.
3. Link all existing experts to their new org and set default budgets.
**CRITICAL: This runs the final migration.** It moves `expertBudget.cap` -> `expertCap` and `expertBudget.earned` -> `expertEarned` for all experts, then deletes the old map field.
